Privacy Policy (Brazilian LGPD)
1. Data Controller
DanoninhoZ Store, operated in partnership with Tecplay (CNPJ 56.341.987/0001-62). Contact: official Discord.
2. Data we collect
Public Steam ID, Steam name, coin balance, purchase history, last connection IP. We do NOT collect CPF, address, or phone.
3. Processing purpose (LGPD art. 7)
Operate the service: identify player, credit purchases, fraud prevention.
4. With whom we share
Mercado Pago (payment processing). Hostinger (infrastructure). Steam (OpenID identification). No data sold to third parties.
5. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)
Access, correction, deletion, portability, consent revocation. Request via Discord.
6. Data retention
Purchase data kept for 5 years (fiscal obligation). Player data kept while account is active + 1 year after inactivity.
7. Security
HTTPS on all pages. Passwords with bcrypt hash. Restricted administrative access.
8. Cookies
Only essential: login session and language. No third-party tracking.
9. Minors
Service not intended for users under 13. Minors under 18 require parental consent.
10. Updates
This policy may change. We will notify on site/Discord 30 days in advance.
