Refund Policy
1. When refund IS granted
Technical failure on our end (system down, coins not credited after 24h). Request via Discord with proof.
2. When refund is NOT granted
Coins already spent in-game. Ban for misconduct. Claim after 7 days of purchase. Purchase above R$200 with more than 30 days.
3. How to request a refund
Open a ticket on our official Discord: discord.gg/WxmfDHUNHu. Include: Steam ID, payment proof (Mercado Pago), and reason.
4. Partial refund
Evaluated case by case. If you used part of the coins, refund will be proportional to the unused balance.
5. Recurrence
Repeated refund requests without valid justification may result in account ban.
